1. Definitions

User / Customer — an entity using the Website, for the benefit of whom electronic services may be provided, or with whom an agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

Consumer — a User who is an adult natural person ordering products on the Website, acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Entrepreneur-Consumer — a natural person conducting business activity who makes a purchase related to their business but not having a professional character, entitled to consumer rights.

Service / Website — the online store at all-techworld.com, operated by the Operator.

Account — access to the Website functionalities granted after registration.

Order — a correctly completed order form submitted by the Customer through the Website.

Product — any item available for purchase in the Store, including but not limited to: computers, laptops, monitors, servers, mobile devices, software licenses, accessories, and networking equipment.

Carrier (Courier) — an entrepreneur providing transportation services. Available Carriers:

2. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website all-techworld.com operated by Payment Provider Sp. z o.o. and the terms of sale of Products offered through the Store.

By placing an Order, the Customer accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Changes take effect 14 days after publication on the Website. Orders placed before the effective date of amendments are governed by the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of placing the Order.

3. Requirements

4. Placing Orders

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Website.

To place an Order, the Customer must:

  1. Select the desired Product(s) and add them to the cart
  2. Proceed to checkout and provide delivery details
  3. Select a shipping method
  4. Select a payment method and complete payment
  5. Confirm the Order

Confirmation of the Order by the Operator constitutes conclusion of the sales agreement.

All prices on the Website are stated in EUR (Euro) and include applicable VAT where required by law.

5. Payment Methods

The Operator accepts the following payment methods, processed securely via Saferpay (Worldline):

Payment is due at the time of placing the Order. The Order is processed upon receipt of payment.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to addresses within the European Union.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the shipment.

Orders exceeding €500 in total value qualify for free standard shipping within the EU.

Estimated delivery times:

The Operator is not liable for delays caused by the Carrier or customs authorities.

Software licenses and digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer)

In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the Consumer must inform the Operator of the decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement (e.g., email to office@all-techworld.com).

The Consumer must return the Product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal declaration. The Product must be returned in its original condition, complete with packaging and accessories.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Product, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

8. Warranty and Complaints

All Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms and duration vary by Product and manufacturer.

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights under Polish law (rękojmia) for a period of 2 years from delivery.

To submit a complaint, the Customer should contact the Operator at office@all-techworld.com, describing the defect and providing the order number.

The Operator will respond to complaints within 14 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, photographs, software) is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. For Consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Consumer's country of residence shall also apply where they provide a higher level of protection.
