We work with leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your IT equipment:

The available shipping methods at checkout depend on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. For servers and large IT equipment, pallet delivery may be arranged.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment the order is shipped (after payment confirmation). They do not include order processing time (typically 1–2 business days).

4. Shipping Costs

For oversized items (servers, large monitors, multi-unit orders), shipping costs are calculated individually and displayed at checkout.

Shipments to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Digital Products

Software licenses and digital products are delivered electronically. After payment confirmation, you will receive the license key or download link via email within 1–24 hours (typically within 30 minutes during business hours).

6. Order Processing

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day
Orders placed after 14:00 CET or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
Custom-configured and built-to-order systems may require 5–10 business days for assembly and testing

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your shipment on the carrier's website.

8. Receiving Your Delivery

Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery form and photograph the package before opening

For server and rack equipment deliveries, please ensure adequate personnel and equipment are available for unloading
